Jakarta (ANTARA) - Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Mahfud MD merasa malu sebagai pejabat karena ulah Mafia Pajak Gayus Tambunan yang bisa mempermainkan lembaga hukum negara.

"Sebagai pejabat saya malu karena (lembaga hukum) dipermainkan oleh Gayus," kata Mahfud, di Jakarta, Kamis.

Hal ini diungkapkan Ketua MK ini menanggapi berita Gayus yang keluyuran ke berbagai negara dengan menggunakan paspor atas nama Sony Laksono.

Gayus yang statusnya menjadi terdakwa dalam kasus mafia pajak ini keluyuran ke berbagai negara, seperti Cina, Malaysia dan Singapura.

Mahfud juga menyatakan bahwa negara Indonesia saat ini sedang sial karena ditipu oleh Gayus yang bisa "membeli" aparat untuk bisa keluyuran ke luar negeri.

"Ini bukan kesalahan Patrialis Akbar (Menteri Hukum dan HAM) karena jaringan itu sudah rusak lama," katanya.

Bahkan Mahfud menyebut malaikatpun yang jadi menteri akan kesulitan mengatasi masalah ini.

Untuk itu, lanjutnya, pemerintah harus memperbaiki sistem yang rusak dan menghambat penegakan hukum selama ini.

"Selama ini hanya mengganti pejabat, tapi tidak pernah memperbaiki sistem," katanya.

Mahfud juga mengakui bahwa MK saat ini dianggap "bersih" karena lembaga baru. "Bukan saya yang hebat, tapi ini lembaga baru jadi masih relatif bersih dan mudah dikendalikan," ungkapnya.

Dia juga mengungkapkan hal yang sama kepada KPK dan Komisi Yudisial yang juga bersih karena lembaga baru.

Dia juga mencontohkan mantan Jaksa Agung Hendarman Supandji yang hebat di Timtas Tipikor yang juga lembaga baru, tetapi saat memimpin Kejaksaan Agung juga habis dilumat sistem yang sudah lama terbangun.

Untuk itu, Mahfud berharap Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono turun tangan membenahi sistem aparat penegak hukum yang sistemnya sudah rusak tersebut.

"Presiden harus ambil sikap tegas dan dikawal oleh kita secara bersama-sama," harap Mahfud.

The case entitled, ‘How to Implement Blue Ocean Strategy’ challenges participants to apply key concepts of blue ocean strategy implementation to overcome key organizational and management hurdles while leading a strategic shift. The case lays out how Braynesbridge Industries (BI), a fictional conglomerate involved in the steel industry, recently launched a new strategy to break out of the red ocean of bloody competition in the industry.

The new strategy, however, represented a significant departure from the status quo, which led to steep cognitive, resource, motivational, and political hurdles in the organization. Hence, to implement the new strategy, BI executives had to overcome these four key hurdles. Despite this challenge, the case reveals that BI’s management team successfully implemented the strategy fast and at low cost using tipping point leadership and fair process. BI’s Board of Directors, very impressed with the new strategy and its successful implementation, is curious to learn the principles of tipping point leadership and fair process and how these apply to organizations.

The case sets the stage for students/executives to be called before the Board to answer numerous conceptual questions on their blue ocean strategy implementation.
